3 Brothers Rodeo Sponsors Page

Cavalry Norris, a 21-year-old Bull Rider and Calf Roper was born and raised in Bryan, Tx. I was 2nd in the THSRA State Rodeo and competed at the NHSRA National Rodeo. I received a Rodeo Scholarship to Ranger College. Covid hit during my first rodeo season and went through the next. I completed my welding certificate and went home to help my mother, who is in the Texas National Guard, with our boarding and training facility while she served on the Texas covid testing mission. When she returned, I went to Oklahoma Farrier School. I have been shoeing this past year, but I also had to run the business again when my mother was called to spend a year on the Border supporting Operation Lone Star. She is home, and it is time to start pursuing my rodeo career.

Rodeo is a challenging career to jump-start; it takes support from our community. I am asking for your help. My goal is to compete in the CRPA finals in October 2023. To qualify for the Finals, contestants must enter and compete in at least ten or more approved rodeos for the year and be in the top 15 in each event. I have about 30 rodeos on my schedule for the year. Entries for both events are about $6000 ($100/event/rodeo). To keep the cost down, I am keeping my travel radius about 2 hours, but I will still have travel expenses and equipment needs. I am looking to purchase a Buckrite powered-drop barrel to keep my training consistent, which costs about $3500.

I have four categories of yearly sponsorship:

  • Helmet Sticker, $200
  • Patch on shirt or vest, $300
  • Decal on the trailer, $400
  • Equipment for a patch on my gear bag

I will also list you on the:

  • Three Brothers Stable’s Website Sponsors page
  • Camp t-shirts
  • Tags on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts.
  • Once a week, I will highlight in a post one of the businesses that sponsor me.

I will not have competing sponsors. If you have anything you want me to help promote, please let me know how I can help you.

You give me the privilege to live this time-honored life as a cowboy, but what will I provide you besides a patch and some more presence on social media? I will represent you honorably. My family has been a part of the Bryan community for 30 years and the horse community for over 50 years. My mom owns a riding school that introduces new people to the world of horses. Each year she holds summer camps, and for three weeks of those, I run roping camps to bring kids into the world of roping. We also teach kids to “cowboy up.” I work hard and understand the importance of looking someone in the eye and having a firm handshake. My family raised me to believe in the value of my actions and the weight of my words. I understand the importance of the company I keep and how they represent you and me.

I will continue to help manage the barn, do chores, and shoes for my clients while keeping up with my training. My days are long, but it is a life I am grateful for, and I appreciate any help you can provide.
